Session One — Arrival
We meet, we listen, we begin. This first session is about settling in and allowing your body to learn that this is a place of rest; and allowing me to get a feel for what you're carrying.

Across four visits, the work compounds. The body learns the room. Trust deepens. What surfaces in the second session is rarely what surfaced in the first. By the fourth, the changes have somewhere to live.

With surface tensions softened and a little trust built, the second session can reach further. What arises here is usually what wants most to be seen.
This is where the changes start to take hold. Sleep deepens. The noise of the day softens. The body remembers what calm feels like and can find its way back more easily.
At the end of our final session, we will reflect and look forward. We'll talk about what has shifted across the four visits. From there, we will look at what comes next: simple practices you can carry home with you, which modalities have served you most, and what kind of rhythm might continue to support you at home. You leave not with an ending, but with a clearer sense of how to keep caring for yourself.
