Crystal Reiki

Crystal Reiki combines the gentle energy work of traditional Reiki with the steady, focused presence of crystals and stones. Each stone is chosen for its qualities of grounding, opening, calming, or clarifying — and is placed on or around the body during the session, adding tactile and visual anchors to the work. The result is a deeper, more textured experience than Reiki alone.

During a Crystal Reiki session with me, I will select the stones based on what you bring into the room — what you're working through, where your body feels held or tight, what you're hoping to release or invite in. Reiki flows as it does in a traditional session, while the stones offer extra points of focus and a longer-lasting sense of the experience afterward. Most clients leave feeling notably more grounded and clearer.
