Guided Meditations
Guided meditation is the practice of being led — through voice, imagery, and gentle prompts — into a quieter state of mind. Unlike silent meditation, where you sit alone with your own thoughts, a guided session offers a path to follow: a landscape to walk through, a breath to return to, a question to sit with. It's an ideal entry point for anyone who finds “just sitting” difficult, and a welcome change of pace for anyone who's been practicing for years.
In a Guided Meditation with me, the path we walk is shaped by what you bring into the session — what you're working through, what you'd like to release, what you're hoping to invite in. You leave with a quieter inner landscape and, often, a small piece of insight you didn't have when you walked in.
